What is the Weekly Plan

Our Weekly Plan helps you to be more productive and focused on your essential tasks. 

As the name indicates you can view at a glance in your Weekly Plan the following: 

• upcoming tasks with a due date within the next 7 days
• every overdue uncompleted task (not moved to Done)
• every task assigned to you without a specified due date

The Due date icon changes colour depending on how near the due date is:

• Grey means that the task is due in more than 2 hours.
• Yellow means that the task is due in less than 2 hours.
• Orange means that the task is overdue.
